4TH annual independence day parade
Join us for the 4th Annual Independence Day Parade at The Ledge on Thursday, July 4th at 10:00 am for the parade, followed by a delicious lunch, music, and fellowship.
CELEBRATE OUR INDEPENDENCE!
Be a part of our community’s celebration of independence at our 4th Annual Independence Day Parade and Celebration. Bring along your family, friends, and neighbors for a day filled with joy and togetherness at The Ledge.
The parade’s lineup begins at 9:00 a.m. at The Lodge. The parade will proceed through the back field, through the Spring Creek Baptist Church parking lot, up Highway 152, and conclude at The Ledge. Following the parade, stick around for a delicious lunch and music from local musician Lindsey Russell.
Later in the evening, bring your lawn chairs to The Lodge and relax in the pavilion for a stellar fireworks display!

EVENT SCHEDULE
9:00 AM – Parade line-up begins
10:00 AM – Parade begins
10:30 AM – Prayer, pledge, anthem
11:00 AM – Opening ceremonies
11:15 AM – Lunch is served
5:30 PM – Lindsey Russell and Fireworks at The Lodge (3541 Hwy 70E)
ENTER YOUR PARADE VEHICLE
Get those vehicles ready and join us in the parade! All off-road vehicles, ATVs, lawnmowers, tractors, horses, and golf carts are welcome! Show off your patriotic pride and decorate your ride for the parade. Last year, there were more than 15 entrants in the parade, and we hope to double that this year.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a vehicle to decorate! Everyone is welcome to join the parade. Dress your kids or dogs in red, white, and blue, and let’s all walk the parade route together, spreading the community spirit!
